As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence.

Pay Range: $37.61- $60.18 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.

Recent home care experience or a t least three years of acute care experience in one or more of the following areas:

Medical-Surgical

ICU

Emergency Department

Rehabilitation

Must have RN License within the State of Maryland RN License

Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.

Strong computer and technology skills required.

Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
