What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of our operation—bringing steel to life and making products that go out into the real world and perform .

• •Weld and fabricate parts using established procedures
• •Read and interpret blueprints and specs
• •Inspect your work and ensure it meets quality standards
• •Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• •Work alongside a team that pushes each other to be better every day
• •Help keep the shop clean, organized, and running strong

Requirements

What You Bring

• •Experience with welding (2–3 years preferred)
• •Ability to read prints and use measuring tools
• •Strong attention to detail
• •Reliability—we count on each other here
• •Willingness to work hard and stay safe
