Graz | Teilzeit oder Vollzeit (ab 30 bis 40h/Woche) | ab sofort

  • DEINE AUFGABEN IM ÜBERBLICK.
  • Kontrolle und Abwicklung von Wertpapieraufträgen (Settlement)

Kommunikation mit Banken, Kunden und internen Schnittstellen auf Deutsch und Englisch

Unterstützung bei der Durchführung regulatorischer Geschäftsprozesse mit Schwerpunkt auf KYC-und MiFID-Anforderungen sowie weiterer operativer Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft

Übernahme diverser Aufgaben im Office Management (z.B. Postwege, div. zuarbeitenden Tätigkeiten, Recherche bzw. Aufbereitung von Informationen, etc.)

  • DAS BRINGST DU MIT.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Wertpapierbereich bzw. abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt

Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Genauigkeit und Diskretion

Verlässlichkeit, Wissbegierde und Freude an strukturiertem Arbeiten

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
