Wolf by Vanderpump Scottsdale is the second-ever location from acclaimed hospitality visionary Lisa Vanderpump, inside Caesars Republic Scottsdale, a Hilton Hotel. The immersive, design-forward rooftop concept blends desert-inspired interiors, moody lighting, and bespoke furnishings by Vanderpump Alain, all with sweeping views of Camelback Mountain. As Bar Manager, you will lead and elevate the bar experience through exceptional leadership, creativity, and operational excellence.

This role is responsible for developing and executing a dynamic beverage program that complements Wolf's vibrant, chef-driven environment. Balancing innovation with disciplined execution, the Bar Manager ensures that every cocktail, every pour, and every guest interaction embodies the distinctive energy of Wolf and reflects HCW's standard of excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• •Lead all daily bar operations, setting the tone for an elevated, high-performance environment.
• •Curate and evolve a distinctive cocktail, wine, and spirits program that complements Wolf’s culinary identity.
• •Drive revenue through strategic beverage programming, upselling initiatives, and guest engagement.
• •Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.
• •Hire, train, coach, and develop a team of bartenders' standards, and company policies.
• •Monitor labor costs and scheduling to align with business demands and service standards.
• •Ensure the bar environment is immaculate, organized, and visually aligned with Wolf’s brand presence.
• •Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to execute promotions, special events, and seasonal features.
• •Address guest feedback with urgency and professionalism, transforming challenges into memorable service recoveries.
• •Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

• •Progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• •Proven success managing upscale or high-volume bar operations.
• •Deep knowledge of mixology, premium spirits, wine, and emerging beverage trends.
• •Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, inventory, and beverage cost controls.
• •A leadership presence that commands respect while building community and accountability.
• •A passion for detail, presentation, and creating unforgettable guest moments.
• •The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• •Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.
