Job Summary**

The Workday Integrations Analyst at ALS Global will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems. This position requires a strong understanding of Workday integration tools and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.

Job Responsibilities**

  • * Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio) for various HR and Payroll modules.
  • * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • * Perform integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects to ensure smooth and accurate data flow.
  • * Monitor existing integrations for performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and addressing potential problems.
  • * Develop and maintain documentation for all Workday integrations, including design specifications, test plans, and support procedures.
  • * Participate in Workday update cycles, assessing the impact on existing integrations and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • * Provide technical support and expertise to end-users regarding Workday integration functionalities.
  • * Work closely with other IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration across all systems.
  • * Stay up-to-date with Workday functionality and best practices related to integrations.

Job Qualifications**

  • * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • * 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations development and support.
  • * Proven expertise with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
  • * Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials modules.
  • * Experience with various integration protocols and formats (e.g., SFTP, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON).
  • * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • * Strong communication and command of English, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (Spanish and Portuguese language proficiency is a plus).
  • * Workday certification in Integrations is a plus.
