About the Role Finance is core to how we run as a publicly listed, fast-scaling company — and you'll be right in the middle of it. As Working Student, you'll own the invoice workflow in Moss end-to-end: from validation to outgoing invoices. You'll work closely with a small, sharp team, see how financial processes actually get built and improved in a scale-up, and have real room to shape how things work, not just keep them running.

• Your Daily Business
• •Validate and review incoming invoices in Moss
• •Coordinate and manage the invoice workflow end-to-end
• •Prepare and issue outgoing invoices
• •Maintain invoice data, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• •Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice-related queries
• •Support the ongoing optimization of the invoicing process

• Base Qualifications
• •Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• •Confident with MS Office, especially Excel
• •Careful, structured, and independent way of working
• •Good German and English language skills

• Preferred Qualifications
• •Prior experience in accounting or invoicing
• •Familiarity with Moss or similar accounting/workflow tools
