• Your mission
• •Provide administrative and operational support across our Support Functions teams including HR & Office, Finance, Procurement, and Legal
• •Assist with the coordination and maintenance of documentation, records, and internal systems
• •Support day-to-day business processes and help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• •Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on action items
• •Prepare reports, presentations, and other business materials
• •Track deadlines and support ongoing projects and initiatives across different functions
• •Contribute ideas to improve processes, collaboration, and operational efficiency
• •Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and gain exposure to a variety of business topics and projects

• Your profile
• •Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Law, or a related field
• •Strong organizational and coordination skills
• •High attention to detail and reliability
• •Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• •Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
