The role in a nutshell:

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Workplace Coordinator to be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional, safe, and welcoming workplace.

Your mission will be:

- Reception & Visitor Management

Welcome and assist employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.

Manage visitor sign-in procedures and access control requirements.

Maintain a professional and organised reception area.

- Office Operations

Coordinate courier deliveries and collections.

Manage office supplies, stationery, groceries, and stock levels.

Assist with meeting room bookings, ensure rooms are prepared for meetings, and provide general office support.

Support employees with workplace-related queries.

- Facilities & Security Support

Monitor access to the office and follow workplace security procedures.

Report maintenance, housekeeping, and facilities issues.

Assist with emergency notifications, evacuations, and incident response when required.

- Employee Experience

Support onboarding by welcoming new employees.

Assist with office events and employee initiatives.

- Requirements

Previous experience in reception, office administration, or workplace coordination.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable using Google Workspace and other workplace systems.
