What You'll Be Doing

• •Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customer job sites.
• •Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• •Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries.
• •Maintain accurate delivery documentation and comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• •Provide excellent customer service while supporting efficient and timely project execution.

What Are We Looking For

• •Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and safe driving practices.
• •Ability to operate equipment responsibly while adhering to safety standards and procedures.
• •Strong customer service and communication skills in a team-oriented environment.
• •Capability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required documentation, and follow operating procedures.
• •Dependable work ethic with the flexibility to work varying schedules and adapt to changing business needs.

Conditions of Employment

• •Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• •Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• •$20.60 to $25.67 per hour
• •Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus , payable after 90 days of successful employment.
