We are looking for 1099 subcontractor crew members who are for motivated, skilled, and reliable individuals who want to grow with a company that values quality, teamwork, and long-term success.

The ideal candidate will have experience with James Hardie and Stone Veneer siding installation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute high-quality exterior remodeling projects, including installations and repairs of siding.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a siding installer or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of siding materials and installation techniques.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• •3+ year of experience in construction or exterior remodeling is required.
• •Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• •Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• •Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• •Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• •Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• •Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• •Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• •Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment.
• •Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
• •Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
