Für unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir einen IT Service & Support Engineer (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

  • Konfiguration und Betrieb komplexer Netzwerke (WAN, LAN, WLAN, BLE) mit Aruba/HPE-Komponenten
  • Remote- und telefonische Unterstützung der Kollegen sowie Dienstleister vor Ort, Problem-Analyse und Infrastrukturerweiterung
  • Identifikation struktureller Probleme und Optimierung zur Reduzierung des Incident-Volumens
  • Erstellung von Anwendungsdokumentationen und von Reportings
  • Durchführung von Quality-Reviews
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner und den Fachbereichen zur Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen und Geschäftsprozesse

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung mit Routern, Switches, Access Points und weiteren Netzwerkgeräten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Netzwerkanalyse-Tools (z. B. Ping, Traceroute, Network Analyzer) zur Fehlerdiagnose
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den erforderlichen Systemlandschaften:
  • Atlassian, JIRA
  • Confluence
  • MS Office, Excel und MS Teams
  • TCP/IP, DNS und DHCP
  • IP- Adressierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
