Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung agiler Entwicklungsteams im Data-&-AI-Umfeld
  • Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserung von Zusammenarbeit, Arbeitsweisen und Teamprozessen
  • Moderation und Weiterentwicklung von Scrum-Events und agilen Arbeitsprozessen
  • Coaching crossfunktionaler Teams sowie Unterstützung bei der Teamentwicklung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Scrum Mastern und agilen Rollen zur Verbesserung der teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Unterstützung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen mehreren Scrum- und Kanban-Teams
  • Begleitung von Teams in komplexen und dynamischen Organisationsstrukturen
  • Identifikation und Bearbeitung von Impediments sowie Unterstützung bei der Etablierung nachhaltiger Lösungen
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung agiler Methoden und Arbeitsweisen im Bereich Data & AI
  • Unterstützung von DevOps-Teams bei der Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung

Anforderungen:

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als Scrum Master bzw. in einer vergleichbaren agilen Rolle
  • Branchenerfahrung im Telekommunikationsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Scrum, agilen Prinzipien und Skalierungsansätzen für agile Zusammenarbeit
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung mehrerer agiler Teams, idealerweise in größeren oder komplexen Organisationsstrukturen
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit crossfunktionalen bzw. DevOps-Teams
  • Erfahrung im Team-Coaching und in der nachhaltigen Teamentwicklung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umfeld von Data, Analytics oder AI

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
