What You'll Be Doing

• •Support recruiting and hiring activities for open positions across assigned locations.
• •Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and pre-employment processes.
• •Maintain accurate hiring records and assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
• •Partner with hiring managers to track staffing needs and hiring progress.
• •Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support.

What Are We Looking For

• •Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with candidates, employees, and managers.
• •Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

• •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn HR and recruiting systems.

Work Environment
