Wir sind eine Personalberatung und Private Arbeitsvermittlung und suchen für unseren Kunden:

  • IT-Servicemitarbeiter (m/w/d) im 1st-Level-Support
  • Vollzeit, Leipzig

*auch für Quereinsteiger*

  • Das ist zu tun:
  • Entgegennahme von Helpdesk-Anrufen und erfassen der Meldungen im Ticketsystem
  • Behebung von Störungen und Klärung von Anfragen im Service Desk bzw. User Helpdesk
  • First und Second Level Support für IT-Anwender und technischer Support, Durchführen von dokumentierten Serviceprozeduren auf IT-Kundensystemen
  • Das sollten Sie mitbringen:
  • IT- Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in den aktuellen Microsoft Office-Paketen
  • Interesse an dieser spannenden Aufgabe?
