The Opportunity

Our Degree Apprenticeship offers you the opportunity to apply your academic learning in a real-world business context and accelerate the start of your careers in technology and financial services through our four-year combined study and work programme.

You will gain a recognised degree from a renowned Russell Group University (BSc Honours in Digital & Technology Solutions from Warwick University) – without tuition or student loan debt.

As you progress, you’ll be involved in a wide range of projects, working closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills. In your third and fourth years, you’ll get the opportunity to specialise in areas of your interest such as Software Engineering, Data Analysis, and IT Consulting, working closely with industry experts in these fields.

The programme will begin in September 2027. Further information on the course can be found on the University of Warwick website .

We will support you in your learning and development both on and off the job through a variety of avenues:

20% of your time during the working week will be allocated to your university studies.

We will give you an internal mentor to provide career and professional development guidance.

You will have regular check-in meetings with your line manager to evaluate your progress, both in work and in your studies.

A genuine interest in technology and digital solutions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
