About The Opportunity

• The Tanabe Gluer Assistant B is responsible for stacking off the finished product in bundles to make a unit. The person in this position will also help the Tanabe Gluer Operator and the Tanabe Gluer Assistant A set up the machine. This person will need to monitor the finished product for quality and keep accurate unit counts. B Shift
• 3-2-2-3 Schedule (M, T, F, S, S, W, T, repeat)
• 6am to 6pm

• Pay Rate:
• Training $ 26.68
• Qualified $ 28.70

Job Description:

• •Stack off and unitize finished product
• •Maintain a clean work area
• •Assist maintenance in the repair of the machine as necessary
• •Rotate positions every couple of hours
• •Fill in for Tanabe Gluer Operator and Tanabe Gluer Assistant A in his/her/their absence
• •Monitor the finished product for quality
• •Complete paperwork for each order as necessary
• •Check finished product for quality per customer specifications
• •Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements— quality is the responsibility of all employees
• •Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

• •Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
• •Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
• •Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed
• •Ability to effectively work in teams
• •Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
• •Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
• •Ability to read a tape measure/ruler
• •Good mathematical skills
