Aufgaben:

Define and maintain project road maps, schedules, budgets; track milestones and deliverables
Align and coordinate the cross functional teams that deliver to the projects
Capture, prioritize, and document project requirements with the stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks; enforce quality standards, test strategies, CI/CD pipelines
Communicate progress to stakeholders; produce status reports and executive briefings

Anforderungen:

Bachelor’s (or higher) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering + 5+ years leading software projects
Sharp analytical and business mindset; rapid problem solving under tight schedules
Strong technical background
Proven mastery of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or classic PM frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP); Scrum Master or PMP cert. preferred
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills; able to translate technical detail for non technical audiences
