Für einen unserer renommierten Kunden suchen wir Sie als

2nd Level Linux Support (m-w-d)

Aufgaben
 
* 2nd Level Service und Support einer weltweiten Datenverteilungsplattform und weiterer Automotive Aftersales Systeme, basierend auf Linux 
* Mitarbeit in bei der Supporterbringung, Remote und- oder vor Ort bei Kunden 
* Monitoring und Betrieb von dezentralen und zentralen Systemen zur Serviceerbringung 
* Toolgestützte Bearbeitung von Service-Requests und Incidents zur Bereitstellung und Entstörung von IT-Services in direktem Kontakt mit dem Anwender unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen SLAs 
* Unterstützung des Rollouts von Kundensystemen 
* Durchführung von Fehleranalysen im Retour-Prozess
Qualifikation
 
* Mindestens 1-jährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position 
* Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (LAN, IPv4) 
* LPIC Zertifizierung wünschenswert 
* Wünschenswerte Kenntnisse im in den Themen Microservices, Docker, Ansible 
* Sie sind kommunikativ und können sowohl mit anderen Technikern, als auch mit Team- und Projektleitern beim Kunden reden
