Requirements

What You’ll Do

• •Lead, train, and support production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• •Plan, assign, and direct daily work to meet production goals and quality standards.
• •Oversee plant performance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
• •Collaborate closely with fellow supervisors and production teams to meet customer and production requirements.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• •Perform additional duties as needed to support plant success.

What You Bring

• •3–5 years of experience supervising production employees.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work overtime when required.
• •Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• •Solid computer literacy.
• •Experience in the steel industry preferred.
