Description

The Machine Operator (2nd Shift Mon-Thur 4pm-2:30am) is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by safely operating production equipment and ensuring consistent product quality. This role focuses on running machines, monitoring output, and following safety and quality standards while maintaining an efficient production environment.

Responsibilities

• •Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• •Load and unload materials while monitoring product quality and accuracy.
• •Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
• •Perform basic machine adjustments and report maintenance issues as needed.
• •Assist with machine setups and changeovers under supervisor guidance.
• •Maintain clean, organized machines, and work areas.
• •Complete production logs, quality checks, and required documentation.
• •Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• •Communicate effectively with team members and report concerns promptly.

Requirements

• •High school diploma or GED preferred.
• •Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• •Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• •Basic math and measurement skills.
• •Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• •Good communication and teamwork skills.
• •Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
