Wir sind ein angesehenes, inhabergeführtes Personaldienstleistungsunternehmen im Raum Schorndorf. Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, ein führendes mittelständisches Unternehmen, ab sofort einen kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Payroll.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Abwicklung aller administrativen Aufgaben im Rahmen der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Betreuung des entsprechenden Mitarbeiterkreises in Fragestellungen zur Abrechnung.
  • Pflege der Stammdaten und Erledigung des Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesens
  • Verwalten der Daten des Zeitwirtschaftssystems

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Kenntnisse in SAP
  • gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
