  • Diseño y documentación de casos de prueba basados en historias de usuario, criterios de aceptación o documentación funcional.
  • Ejecución de pruebas funcionales, de integración y de regresión.
  • Registro, documentación y seguimiento de defectos detectados durante la ejecución de pruebas.
  • Elaboración de evidencias de pruebas y reportes de ejecución.
  • Apoyo en la comunicación con equipos de desarrollo, QA y producto para la correcta atención de incidencias.
  • Subida y mantenimiento de casos de prueba y documentación en herramientas de gestión.
  • Trabajo colaborativo, enfoque en calidad, atención al detalle y buena capacidad de aprendizaje.

Herramientas

  • Gestión de pruebas: ALM, Jira, Trello.
  • APIs / Servicios: SOAP UI, Postman.
  • Pruebas de carga / stress: JMeter (nivel básico).
  • Bases de datos: SQL básico para validación de información.
  • Control de versiones: Git (cuando aplica).
  • Ofimática: Excel y Word para matrices de prueba, reportes y documentación de evidencias.
