As a Business Services Finance Senior Associate you will support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management within our Finance practice, helping shape strategic financial plans that guide business decisions and performance. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, build meaningful relationships, and manage assigned workstreams while developing deliverables, using critical thinking, data interpretation, and professional judgment to guide others and navigate ambiguity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will contribute to internal business services finance activities, anticipate team and stakeholder needs, and develop your technical skills while reinforcing professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- - Analyzing financial data, budgets, forecasts, and performance trends to support planning decisions
- - Developing financial models and scenario analyses that inform strategic recommendations
- - Reviewing balance sheet, cash flow, profitability, and KPI information to identify variances and risks
- - Preparing financial reports and presentations that translate complex findings into clear business insights
- - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify assumptions, and align on workstream needs
- - Applying financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting tools to support recurring planning cycles
- - Interpreting changing business conditions and adjusting analyses to reflect updated assumptions and priorities
- - Upholding professional and technical standards while contributing to the delivery of assigned workstreams
What You Must Have
- - At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- - At least 2 years of experience
- - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- - Preference for a Bachelor's degree
- - Demonstrating finance planning or analysis coursework
- - Supporting financial modeling, forecasting, or budgeting tasks
- - Interpreting data to shape recommendations and insights
- - Navigating ambiguity while managing shifting priorities
- - Building client relationships and guiding junior team members
