Serve as a manager for junior professionals; provide onboarding support, training, and ongoing feedback, and participate in reviews.

Act as a mentor for junior colleagues by modeling desired behavior; demonstrate a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to collegiality and a growth mindset.

Commit to continuous learning and improvement of professional and leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals.

Lead by example; demonstrate behaviors consistent with Infinite’s values (integrity, agility, compassion, and courage).
