Join a team where trust, support, and real impact come as standard.

At Gearset, we’re scaling fast in the Salesforce ecosystem, backed by a proven market, clear goals, and a culture built on collaboration, not competition. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll be at the heart of this growth: helping customers solve meaningful challenges, bridging teams across the UK and US, and unlocking the full potential of our platform through thoughtful, consultative selling.

What’s the opportunity for an Account Executive - Mid-Market at Gearset?

Lead the full sales-cycle, from deep discovery into the customers challenges through to negotiation and approvals, all whilst giving the customer the best experience possible

Connect customer pains to business outcomes by understanding what’s at stake, aligning solutions to goals, and positioning Gearset as the standout choice to get them there.

Deliver story-led, insight-driven demos that don’t just show features—but clearly solve real problems. You'll bring our product to life through compelling narratives rooted in a deep understanding of Salesforce, DevOps, and our personas.

Contribute to a culture of growth and learning, offering thoughtful feedback to your peers on sales calls, emails, and processes using tools like Gong and Salesforce to help us all raise the bar.

Think critically in the moment. Whether it’s an objection or a tough question, you’ll take a step back, consider the JTBD (job to be done), and work through solutions with curiosity and confidence.

Challenge assumptions with empathy, guiding prospects towards best practices and setting them up for long-term success.

Collaborate across the business—from product to marketing, customer success to engineering—to uncover new opportunities, improve our processes, and shape the future of our platform.

What you'll achieve

Accurately forecast sales targets, meeting (or exceeding!) them. Our MM AE’s have a track record of success with consistent quota attainment.

Become a trusted expert. You’ll build deep knowledge of our users, their challenges, our platform, and the world of Salesforce DevOps—so you can speak their language and solve real problems.

Keep learning, keep growing. Whether it’s joining a customer call with an engineer or swapping insights with marketing, you’ll work cross-functionally to sharpen your product expertise and your consultative approach.

Influence Gearset’s product roadmap by sharing prospect feedback with the marketing and development teams, to ensure we’re continuing to build a world-class solution.
