Serve as a platform expert, advising partners on optimal configurations and strategic best practices

Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships

Partner cross-functionally with Supply and Analytics teams to deliver strong performance for demand partners

Establish effective working relationships with internal teams and develop a solid understanding of company operations, best practices, and processes

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in account management, ad operations, or trafficking within online advertising

Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data manipulation, with the ability to synthesize large data sets into clear strategic insights

Proven ability to self-direct work and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional organizational skills with a client-first mindset

Ability to leverage insights gained across the partner portfolio to inform account strategy and recommendations

Strong attention to detail

Eagerness to learn, drive to improve, and a willingness to learn from mistakes

Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully across teams and with external partners
