Position Overview
The Account Manager, Performance Marketing is a client-facing strategist responsible for managing client relationships and executing performance marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients while partnering closely with PartnerCentric’s Affiliate, Creator & Influencer, Data & Insights, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in affiliate and partnership marketing along with experience or exposure to complementary disciplines such as creator and influencer marketing, content, paid social, performance PR, or strategic partnerships. You understand how these channels can work together and are excited to help clients identify new ways to grow their programs and reach their business objectives.
This role goes beyond day-to-day account management. We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable moving between strategy and execution—managing campaigns, analyzing performance, strengthening partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and translating insights into clear recommendations clients can act on.
As an AI-forward organization, we’re also looking for someone who embraces emerging technology and actively uses AI to work smarter, uncover insights, improve client deliverables, and accelerate strategic thinking.
Success in this role requires a combination of client leadership, affiliate marketing expertise, analytical thinking, relationship building, curiosity, innovation, and hands-on execution.
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside and physically perform the work within the United States. We are only considering applicants who possess unrestricted, independent work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require employer sponsorship.
