Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including qualification, value positioning, live product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract execution.

Manage data-driven account forensics to identify areas for expansion and churn prevention.

Engage directly with end-users, procurement, and decision-makers to drive adoption and long-term value.

Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer’s structure, needs, and buying patterns.

Own pipeline generation, inbound requests, and trial conversions by refining outreach strategies, adjusting messaging, and executing sales plays.

Work cross-functionally with leadership, customer enablement, and solution consulting to drive training and adoption within key accounts.

Monitor account health and proactively mitigate churn risk through ongoing engagement, renewal strategies, and expansion planning.
