Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
• Posting and managing received invoices
• Managing accounts payable
• Daily communication with international partners in a foreign language
• Collaboration with international companies within the group
• Year-end closing procedures, collaboration with auditors
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and financial statements
• Document archiving and scanning
• Administrative tasks in accounting
• Processing travel authorizations

Qualifications:

• Secondary education in economics
• Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
• Experience in a similar position required
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach
• MS Office, especially Excel, used on a daily basis
• Active knowledge of spoken and written English (B1)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
