We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with 4–7 years of relevant experience to independently manage Finance & Accounts operations for an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) business.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, project/site accounting, vendor management, banking, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, cash-flow management, BG/LC, working capital, MIS and financial reporting . The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors, bankers and project teams to ensure smooth financial and accounting operations.

• Key Responsibilities
• •Independently manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities for the organisation.
• •Handle overall accounts and site/project-wise or cost-centre-wise accounting .
• •Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, outstanding balances and account reconciliation.
• •Manage vendor payment processing and payment coordination .
• •Prepare and maintain tender-related financial documentation and supporting records.
• •Coordinate GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
• •Monitor cash flow, fund requirements and fund arrangements for ongoing projects.
• •Maintain and monitor Bank Guarantee (BG) and Letter of Credit (LC) records, limits and related documentation.
• •Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for banking transactions, finance requirements and working capital facilities.
• •Prepare and review monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, MIS reports and financial summaries .
• •Monitor project-wise financial performance and provide relevant financial information to management.
• •Coordinate with project teams, vendors, bankers and internal stakeholders on finance and accounting matters.
• •Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, documentation and supporting financial data.

• Candidate Requirements
• •4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.
• •Experience in the EPC, construction, infrastructure, engineering or project-based industry will be preferred, but not mandatory. Candidates with relevant experience can also apply.
• •Strong understanding of general accounting and project/site accounting .
• •Hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance coordination .
• •Good understanding of banking operations, working capital, cash-flow management, BG and LC .
• •Experience in vendor management, payment coordination and account reconciliation .
• •Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• •Ability to independently manage accounting activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• •Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.

Interview Process

Single-Round Virtual Interview: The selection process will consist of one virtual interview round , which will be the sole basis for the candidate’s selection . Candidates will be evaluated on their relevant experience, technical knowledge, accounting expertise, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.

• •Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
• •Candidates residing within a convenient commuting distance of Navi Mumbai, preferably within approximately 30–45 minutes of the workplace, will be preferred. Broadly, from 2-4 stations around the location is preferred.
