Overall purpose of the job

负责社区内长辈康乐活动的组织策划，负责社区内部分康乐场地的管理，对活动的合理安排和场地的预约使用。

Main responsibilities

主要职责

负责社区内日常康乐活动的组织与开展，根据乐活九维度为长辈设计不同种类的康乐活动； 组织社区内重大节庆活动的策划和管理，增加社区内活动丰富度，提升入住户及家属满意度； 负责社区欣岳学院老年大学及兴趣俱乐部的组织与活动开展，各类长辈文娱活动方案的实施； 积极与长辈及家属沟通，了解长辈的习惯、兴趣爱好，与长辈及其家属建立信任连结； 结合长辈的兴趣爱好和喜好，科学合理地安排每日、每周、每月及每年度的活动计划，并进行活动预算规划，活动音像资料留存； 负责各类活动物料的日常管理，确保各类物料得到有效、有序的管控； 合理规划社区内康乐场地的使用，包括场地的预约及场地的配置管理和使用； 与团队配合，积极引导全社区员工参与康乐活动，积极联络和发展各外部合作机构、志愿者、高校等外部资源。

遵照社区的服务理念与康乐活动部的服务理念，全心全意为长辈服务； 热爱养老和公益事业，有志于从事社会工作，有亲和力; 爱岗敬业，热爱养老事业，具有良好的服务意识和职业素养； 富有创新意识，灵活机敏，性格开朗，能够对创意活动有所想法和脑洞； 较强的沟通能力，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，执行力强，应变力及组织协调能力。

Qualification and experience required

资历及经验要求

大专以上学历，社会工作、老年服务与管理、社会学或心理学相关专业毕业； 已考取社工师、助理社工师职业水平证书或相关专业证书优先； 有1-2年以上志愿者、养老机构社工、街道居委会养老义工等相关工作经验优先。
