Summary

Please see Additional Information section below.*** You will serve as a Adjutant in the Adjutant Branch, G-1 Division ofMARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER . Duties
- You will develop, review, and enforce regional administrative policies and operating procedures to ensure organizational compliance with governing standards.
- You will oversee employee compensation, overseas living allowances, performance reviews, casualty assistance, and formal recognition programs.
- You will supervise staff, establish daily work priorities, evaluate employee performance, and manage regional passport and identification facilities.
- You will advise senior leadership on administrative issues and represent the organization during negotiations with external agencies and departments.
- You will manage organizational communications, track enterprise workflow assignments, resolve data requests, and maintain digital records systems.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and executing command-level administrative policies and directives, managing military personnel entitlements (OHA, COLA, TLA), casualty tracking, and performance evaluations, and supervising subordinate personnel and customer service operations such as official passport and DEERS/RAPIDS ID card facilities.
