Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve) rigoureux(se) et agile pour soutenir trois membres de la direction. Ce rôle nécessite une excellente gestion des priorités et une grande capacité d'adaptation pour naviguer dans un environnement de travail dynamique et évolutif.
Le candidat ou la candidate travaillera sous la supervision conjointe de trois directions (Programmation, nouvelles et actualités, Médiathèque et archives, Politiques journalistiques). De plus, vous aurez à établir et entretenir de bons contacts avec les diverses personnes relevant de la direction générale ainsi qu’avec d’autres ressources internes et externes.
La candidate ou le candidat sera responsable des tâches suivantes :
Gestion d'un agenda hautement dynamique avec des réunions fréquentes et des changements constants selon l'actualité;
Tri et suivi des courriels en fonction des priorités;
Gestion des feuilles de temps;
Préparation de rapports et mise en page de présentations;
Organisation de rencontres sectorielles et suivi des dossiers;
Planification de rencontres de soutien aux équipes;
Gestion administrative courante : abonnements, papeterie, rapports de dépenses, cartes de crédit et des achats (bons de commande);
Gestion de la boîte de réception des plaintes de l’auditoire (classement, archivage et suivi rigoureux du tableau des plaintes);
Rédaction d'ébauches de réponse aux plaintes à partir de canevas et gestion des réponses multiples;
Suivi de projets (ex : révision des normes et pratiques journalistiques, préparation d'ordres du jour);
Communication avec les parties prenantes (plaignants, ombudsman, Conseil de presse);
Recherche documentaire et production de verbatims de contenu diffusé;
Organisation de formations en déontologie;
Organisation de voyages pour les gestionnaires.
Ce poste nécessite une présence sur site à temps plein.
Les compétences recherchées pour la candidate ou le candidat sont :
Autonomie, rigueur et minutie;
Capacité à gérer des tâches variées avec une grande précision;
Excellente gestion des priorités et capacité à travailler dans un environnement où le sens de l'urgence est constant;
Aptitude à rédiger des communications claires et professionnelles;
Maîtrise de la suite Google, des bases de données et des outils de gestion.
Profil recherché :
Diplôme d'études collégiales (D.E.C.) en bureautique, en communications ou l'équivalent;
Trois (3) années ou plus d'expérience variée en soutien administratif de direction;
Capacité de communiquer facilement à l'écrit et à l'oral en français et en anglais, un atout;
Très bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) et de la suite Google (Gmail, Agenda, Drive);
Capacité à s'adapter à divers logiciels et systèmes informatiques en constante évolution.
