Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team in Smyrna, TN.

This role provides support to multiple directors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining daily schedules (internal/external meetings) involving multiple time zones, generating correspondence and travel arrangements including domestic and international, helping with routine inquiries and special projects as necessary. Uses discretion and acts accordingly in confidential matters related to the department and company in order to maintain the integrity of the company and its employees. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

A Day in the Life:

  • Maintaining daily schedules (internal/external meetings) involving multiple time zones, generating correspondence and travel arrangements including domestic and international, helping with routine inquiries and special projects as necessary.
  • Uses discretion and acts accordingly in confidential matters related to the department and company in order to maintain the integrity of the company and its employees.
  • Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

Who We're Looking for:

Required:

  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; analytical thinking skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; networking; project management; responsive approach to tasks.
  • 4 or more years of directly related experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • A high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Knowledge of general office equipment such as fax, copier, and telephone systems.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel software with 80% accuracy; Outlook; PowerPoint. Typing 50 wpm.

Desired:

One to two years post-high school education preferred.
