Oversee driver sign-in/sign-out processes, audit post-trip manifests, reconcile collected fares, and accurately log daily mileage and trip data into core operating systems.

Process Paratransit Eligibility:

Receive, review, and process ADA Paratransit and Mobility eligibility applications, verify documentation, update rider accessibility profiles, and track eligibility expiration dates.

Schedule, Dispatch, & Monitor Live Service:

Create manifests for Paratransit and Microtransit services, and adjust schedules as needed to manage daily operations.

Maintain radio communication with drivers, direct and monitor bus activity across the system, provide real-time updates on passenger pick-ups/drop-offs, and triage live operational issues to ensure safe, reliable, and on-time service.
