Pain Management Overview:

Sentara Medical Group is searching for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with interest in managing complex patients with chronic pain to join their innovative outpatient Pain Management team in Norfolk, VA .

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing pain management program and play an active role in shaping and expanding services. Providers benefit from hands-on training and mentorship in specialty care and minor procedures, making it an excellent fit for both experienced APPs and new graduates seeking to develop specialized skills. Based at Sentara Fort Norfolk , the practice offers access to multiple large procedure rooms with room for future expansion. Enjoy building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Position Highlights :

  • Location : 301 Riverview Avenue Norfolk, VA 23510
  • Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:00-4:30p
  • No call responsibilities
  • See an average of 20 patients per day
  • Perform trigger point and joint injections
  • Join a collaborative team of 2 Physicians and 1 APP

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $100,900.80 - $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
