Your Impact
As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate/Physician Assistant (PA) in our APC clinics, you will:
Deliver personalized, patient-centered care with lower panel sizes, longer visits, and reduced administrative burden.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including clinical pharmacists, nurses, health coaches, behavioral health specialists, and medical assistants, to provide holistic care.
Focus on value-based care principles to proactively educate, navigate, and support patients through their healthcare journey.
Contribute to the community by promoting and representing the APC clinics in public and professional settings.
Maintain high standards of documentation and compliance, ensuring seamless, efficient patient care.
Who You Are
Education, Licensure, & Certifications:
Holds a master's degree and certification as a Physician Associate/Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification. We do not accept CPR, ACLS certifications, or online only classes.
Demonstrated prior experience: Has experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care settings (preferred).
Compassionate, authentic, and patient focused: Supports patients through kindness; demonstrating understanding for others and contributing to the creating a community of belonging.
Proactive and confident communicator (written and verbal): Foreshadows and elevates concerns as they arise, unafraid of professional directness both with colleagues and patients.
Trustworthy: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle all patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Effective communicator and cross collaborator: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, team members, and stakeholders across the organization.
Excellent team player: Enjoys collaborating with others and being a part of a strong team dynamic.
Technically savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, experience with Athena or ability to learn.
Pay Transparency
In order to maintain equity among team members, ConvenientMD has established defined salary ranges for each role. Individual pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, current market conditions, and budget considerations. The pay range listed reflects the potential compensation for this role within this region and encompasses the full spectrum of provider positions, from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) through Physicians. Final compensation is determined at the conclusion of the interview process. We encourage you to apply even if your desired compensation falls outside of the listed range.
In addition to base compensation, Advanced Primary Care providers at ConvenientMD are eligible for a value-based care incentive program focused on outcomes, quality, and cost-effective care. Pay Range for this Position (APP-Physician)
$135,000 — $290,000 USD
