About us:

How did Web Summit become, in the words of Forbes, “the best tech conference on the planet”? Meaningful connections. Our tech events are unmissable because we make it easier for the right people to meet and connect. Everyone at Web Summit works towards this goal.

And we’re just getting started.

We’re always looking to build on the impact we have already made at Web Summit. In the coming years we’ll take Web Summit to new markets, promoting global connectivity, highlighting important issues and connecting global leaders – all while making a positive impact on the environment and communities we encounter.

To build a better company, we have to better ourselves. We do that by finding the most ambitious people to work with us.

About the team

The Advertising team sits at the heart of growth for Web Summit events worldwide.

We run large-scale, performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms, reaching millions of people globally and converting them into attendees, partners and media.

The team works closely with Analytics, Growth, Web, Creative and Sales to build a best-in-class acquisition engine that has helped grow Web Summit from 400 attendees in 2010 to more than 100,000 today.

We're hiring an Advertising Associate who takes a brief and runs, but never alone. This team pitches ideas off each other, tests what excites us, and never stops trying to understand our audience better. You already know Meta, Google and LinkedIn inside out. You care more about the person behind the click than the click itself. And your best ideas come out in conversation, not in isolation.

Is this role actually a fit for you?
