We are looking for an Advisor IT Application Services to support and enhance our Salesforce Field Service platform. In this techno-functional role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, field operations teams, and technical resources to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. You will help improve processes, drive platform adoption, and enable greater efficiency across field operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements, translating business needs into functional solution designs and user stories for Salesforce Field Service.
  • Analyze field service processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Support Salesforce Field Service configuration, testing, deployment, release activities, and ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Assess and prioritize enhancement requests, application defects, and process improvement opportunities based on business needs.
  • Provide application expertise and user support, including guidance on Salesforce Field Service capabilities and leading practices.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, training materials, and support procedures while supporting integration, reporting, and data quality initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree or a two-year technical diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • 3-5+ years experience, preferably Salesforce Field Service.
  • Strong understanding of field service processes, including work management, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce operations.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting application delivery throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with experience working across business stakeholders, technical teams, support groups, and external vendors.
  • Salesforce certifications and experience supporting integrations, reporting, or data quality initiatives are considered assets.

Working Conditions:

  • Typical office environment.
  • Limited travel may be required to support business, project, or operational needs.

Salary:

  • Ranges from $85,000 – $115,000 CDN for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
