As a Deals Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate you will analyze financial and operational information, identify value drivers and risks, and help shape clear findings for transaction-focused client work within our Deals practice. As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, break down complex situations, use critical thinking to inform recommendations, and guide junior team members while building meaningful client connections. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to financial due diligence assignments by reviewing data, interpreting trends, supporting deliverables, and responding to shifting client needs in a role that calls for sound judgment, collaboration, and a thoughtful approach to delivery.

Responsibilities

• - Analyzing financial due diligence findings across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow trends
• - Reviewing quality of earnings, working capital, and financial statement adjustments for transactions and acquisitions
• - Building financial models and valuation support materials for deal analysis and decision making
• - Interpreting business performance metrics, forecast assumptions, and market trends to identify key issues
• - Preparing client-ready deliverables that summarize insights, risks, and implications for deal execution
• - Coordinating due diligence requests, document reviews, and data validation across multiple workstreams
• - Developing meaningful client relationships and responding to questions from finance and deal teams
• - Mentoring Associates on analysis methods, modeling techniques, and workpaper organization

What You Must Have

CA with more than 2 years of experience.
