En UCIMED nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Agente de Soporte TI

Objetivo del puesto

Brindar soporte técnico oportuno y eficiente a los usuarios de la institución, garantizando la continuidad operativa de los servicios tecnológicos mediante la resolución de incidentes, atención de requerimientos y escalamiento adecuado, con un enfoque en calidad de servicio y mejora continua.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante universitario de la Carrera de Informática
  • Conocimiento en fundamentos de sistemas operativos Windows en entornos cliente.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Active Directory.
  • Conocimientos en fundamentos de redes, incluyendo TCP/IP, DNS y conectividad.
  • Manejo básico de herramientas de Microsoft 365, como Outlook y Teams.
  • Instalación y configuración de software y hardware.

Otros conocimientos

  • Conceptos básicos de ciberseguridad y buenas prácticas en la gestión de incidentes.
  • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de tickets.
  • Nociones de administración de endpoints (por ejemplo, Microsoft Intune u otros).
