¿Qué harás como agente de ventas?

Contactarás clientes potenciales por teléfono (con sistema de llamadas automáticas).

Explicarás los beneficios de nuestra Tarjeta de Crédito Plata y otros productos financieros.

Cerrarás ventas y acompañarás a los clientes durante el proceso de activación y postventa.

Registrarás tu actividad y colaborarás activamente con el equipo vía herramientas digitales.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Secundaria terminada.

Habilidad para comunicarte con claridad y empatía.

Conocimiento básico de herramientas digitales.

Habilidad para negociar y manejar objeciones.

Disponibilidad de tiempo completo (sábados ocasionales).

¡Lo que ofrecemos!:

Sueldo base mensual de $10,000 brutos

Atractivo esquema de comisiones – ingresos mensuales de hasta $20,000 o más

Pago quincenal y prestaciones de ley desde el primer día.

12 días de vacaciones al primer año

15 días de aguinaldo

25% de prima vacacional
