As a Manager in Agentic AI & GCP you will lead client support delivery across data engineering workstreams, shaping solutions that use agentic AI and Google Cloud Platform to design, build, and improve data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation capabilities. As a Manager you will coach and develop team members, manage performance across assigned work, and bring together technical judgment, business understanding, and clear communication to deliver work that aligns with client needs and firm priorities within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. In this role at PwC, you will guide project planning and execution, review deliverables, and help identify opportunities to apply cloud-based data methods, AI-enabled automation, and scalable engineering approaches across client engagements.

Responsibilities

• - Leading data modernization and agentic AI workstreams for GCP-based client solutions
• - Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery across multiple client engagements
• - Designing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation processes
• - Developing cloud-native data architectures that support analytics, AI, and business decision making
• - Applying GCP services and data engineering tools to build scalable data platforms
• - Reviewing technical deliverables for data quality, performance tuning, security, and database optimization
• - Coaching team members on data engineering methods, cloud delivery approaches, and use of AI-enabled tooling
• - Identifying opportunities to modernize legacy data environments through migration, consolidation, and platform improvement

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 8 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics

• - Leading Agentic AI initiatives within cloud engineering environments
