The ADL acts as the primary point of coordination between Product Owners, engineers, analysts, architects and stakeholders, ensuring that delivery commitments are understood and achieved.
The successful candidate will combine strong agile delivery expertise with excellent planning, stakeholder management and organisational skills. They will establish confidence that delivery is under control, risks are understood, dependencies are actively managed, and the squad has a clear path to achieving its objectives.
