AX-CX팀 은 고객사의 CX를 채널톡이 직접 책임지고 구축하는 조직입니다. AI Agent(ALF) 세팅부터 SOP 설계, 교육자료 생성, 실제 상담 인력 운영까지 — 솔루션만 제공하는 게 아니라 "시간이 지나도 무너지지 않는 운영 구조"를 남기는 것 이 우리의 약속입니다.
AI-BPO는 컨설팅 리포트를 드리고 끝나는 사업이 아니에요. 우리가 직접 채널톡을 세팅하고, AI를 학습시키고, BPO회사의 상담 인력을 선발해서, 고객사의 CS가 실제로 돌아가게 만듭니다. AX Business Manager는 그 한 프로젝트를 통째로 맡는 사람 이에요. 담당 고객사가 정해지면 환경 빌드업부터 오픈, 그 이후의 성과 관리까지 진행합니다.
