Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive for the role of AI engagement Manager.

IT Experience - 15+ Years

AI experience - 5 Years as architect or AI Technical PM

  • Agentic AI ,GenaI program management
  • Must have experience in data science (AI/ML), Agentic AI, GenAI

Role:

  • Lead technical team of architects and AI tech lead and developers.
  • Engage client to finalise the solution and architecture
  • Develop the project plan and lead the completion and delivery of the solution
  • Increase business for Capgemini beyond (target growth of 30% in a year)
  • Mentoring the team for their agreed career path
  • Engaging clients to get positive NPS and becoming reference customer for Capgemini

Primary skills

  • Project management certifications
  • Must have led 20+ headcount programs to deliver AI & genAI solutions to an enterprise
  • Must have handled client interaction and commercials
  • Should be B.E.
