AI Learning & Enablement Intern (MBA - Manulife Business Academy)

Join Manulife Business Academy (MBA) and help accelerate AI literacy across Manulife's agency force. As an AI Learning & Enablement Intern, you will support the design and delivery of AI learning programmes, resources, and engagement initiatives that help financial representatives build confidence and capability in using AI responsibly and effectively in their day-to-day work.

Position Responsibilities:

• •Support the development of AI literacy programmes, learning pathways, and training content for advisors and agency leaders.
• •Create engaging learning materials, e-learning resources, job aids, videos, and communications related to AI adoption.
• •Research AI trends, use cases, and best practices to enhance learning content and programme design.
• •Assist in organising AI learning campaigns, workshops, webinars, and engagement activities.
• •Analyse learner feedback and training results to identify opportunities for programme improvement.
• •Partner with business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning needs related to AI.
• •Support measurement and reporting of AI learning adoption and effectiveness metrics.
• •Promote responsible AI awareness and best practices across the agency force.
