• This is a performance-driven creative role focused on producing high-volume, conversion-oriented video content for paid social campaigns.
• Video editing is the primary focus, with static ad creation providing additional creative versatility and speed.
• You’ll work across UGC-style videos, testimonials, product demos, founder-led content, and direct-response ads.
• The role emphasizes rapid testing, strong hooks, compelling CTAs, and creative variations designed to improve performance.
• You’ll use modern editing and AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, production, and iteration.
• Working closely with strategists and growth teams, you’ll turn raw assets and concepts into effective creative at scale.
