### Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der geplanten Angebote einer bedürfnisorientierten Betreuung
  • Motivieren der Bewohner*innen zur Teilnahme an Angeboten der Alltagsbetreuung
  • Unterstützung der Bewohner*innen bei der Nahrungs- und Flüssigkeitszubereitung sowie Anleitung und Beaufsichtigung bei der selbständigen Aufnahme während der Betreuungsangebote
  • Mitwirkung bei Erstellung, Ergänzung und Evaluierung von biographiebezogenen Daten der Bewohner*innen, die zur individuellen, aktivierenden Betreuung notwendig sind
  • Verantwortung für die Dokumentation aller betreuungsrelevanten Vorkommnisse

  • Zusatzqualifikation §43b SGB XI, alternativ abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
