Werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns als Alltagsbegleiter (m/w/d) für 30 Wochenstunden im DRK-Pflegeheim Königswartha - sachgrundbefristet

Deine Aufgaben:

  • soziale und emotionale Betreuung
  • Aktivierung und Beschäftigung
  • Alltagsbegleitung
  • Kooperation mit dem Pflege- und Betreuungsteam
  • Dokumentation

Dein Profil:

  • Zertifikat nach § 43b in Verbindung mit § 53b SGB XI
  • Empathie und Freude an der Betreuung älterer Menschen mit Demenz
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
